Job summary

ITConnect Sp. z o.o. seeks a data-focused professional to analyze business processes and deliver data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and data models.

You will develop and optimize Power BI reports, write complex SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs. Experience with Databricks is a nice-to-have asset for data engineering tasks.

• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into actionable, data-driven insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate large datasets.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Optimize existing reports and processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Support data analysis and transformation in Databricks (nice to have).
• Business Analysis Expertise: Strong grasp of business operations, including process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Minimum 4 years of experience in the data field.
• Advanced Power BI Proficiency: Mastery of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, query optimization, and integration of diverse data sources to build dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL Knowledge: Advanced SQL expertise with a proven track record on corporate data solutions, writing efficient queries and managing complex transformations on large datasets.
• Databricks Familiarity (nice to have): Basic understanding of Databricks’ collaborative environment for data engineering and analytics.
