Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience with server hardware and structured cabling.
• Proficient in English communication for client interaction.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
