Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Opole, Poland facilities. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining critical infrastructure across server, network, and power systems, with emphasis on cabling, deployment, and incident response.

You will monitor environmental controls, assist in capacity planning, document asset details, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
