Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Łódź, Poland, seeks a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities include hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and issue resolution in a raised-floor environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in data center or IT infra, strong cabling skills, experience with Dell/HP/Supermicro, and be able to communicate in English. Certifications and DCIM/ticketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in data center or IT infra.
• Strong cabling skills for copper and fiber.
• Professional English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Install, decommission, and migrate hardware.
• Perform structured cabling and patch panel work.
• Rack servers and label equipment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with NOC and client teams.
