Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Electricians / Electrical Installation Fitters to support Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. You will help build electrical infrastructure, assemble cable routes, install switchboards and PDU/PDB, and prepare installations for testing and acceptance.

The role requires readiness to travel about 70% of the time, both within Poland and internationally, and reading technical docs and schematics in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical/telecommunication/industrial installation work.
• Experience assembling cable routes and laying cabling.
• Ability to read technical docs, schematics, and cable plans.
• Knowledge of low-voltage installation principles.
• Understanding grounding and equipotential bonding.
• SEP E certification up to 1 kV.
• Good communicative English skills.
• Willingness to travel 70% domestically and abroad.
• Attention to quality and safety on construction sites.
• Fluent Polish language required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build Data Center electrical infrastructure per technical docs.
• Create cable routes and install trays, ladders, and underfloor cabling.
• Lay and connect cables, install switchboards and cabinets.
• Install PDU/PDB, panels, and electrical equipment.
• Perform basic electrical connections and grounding.
• Support UPS systems, BMS, busbars, and related infra.
• Participate in tests and prepare for acceptance.
• Quality control, labeling, reporting non-conformities, troubleshooting.
