Job summary

Sii Poland seeks experienced Electricians / Electrical Fitters to execute Data Center projects across Poland and Europe. You will collaborate with project teams on hyperscale and colocation facilities, with domestic and international travel about 70% of the time.

Responsibilities include installation of power and cabling systems, testing, commissioning, and handover, while complying with safety and quality standards on critical infrastructure projects. Good English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of LV installations, grounding and bonding, and basic electrical measurements.
• Experience with fiber optic installations and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install cable management systems and supporting structures.
• Route, label, and connect electrical and telecom cables; perform terminations.
• Install and connect distribution boards, cabinets, PDUs, and electrical equipment.
• Perform grounding installations and equipotential bonding connections.
• Assist in UPS, ATS/STS, and BMS power infrastructure installations.
• Conduct basic electrical measurements and control activities.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of installations.
• Quality control, troubleshoot, and update as-built documentation.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on critical projects.
