Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Electricians / Electrical Installation Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. You will participate in building electrical infrastructure, including cables, switchboards, PDU/PDB, grounding, and testing preparations.

Expect travel across Poland and internationally for about 70% of your time. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in electrical/telecom/industrial installation, can read schematics, and hold SEP E certification.

Qualifications

3+ years of installation experience in electrical, telecom, or industrial fields.
Ability to read electrical schematics and cable plans.
Knowledge of grounding and equipotential bonding principles.
Willingness to travel for 70% of time within Poland and abroad.
Polish language fluency; communicative English skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble and construct Data Center electrical infrastructure per technical docs.
Create cable routes: trays, ladders, mesh routes, under raised floors.
Lay and connect electrical and telecom cables; label them.
Install switchboards, cabinets, PDU/PDB, panels and electrical equipment.
Make basic electrical connections, grounding and bonding.
Support installation of UPS, BMS, busbars, and related infra.
Participate in tests and prepare work for acceptance.
Quality control, cable labeling, report non-conformities, troubleshoot.
