Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Electricians/Electrical Installation Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. You will participate in building Data Center electrical infrastructure, including cable trays, switchboards, PDU/PDB, grounding, and preparation for testing and acceptance.

This role requires readiness to travel within Poland and abroad for about 70% of working time, with responsibilities spanning cable routing, wiring, and integration with UPS and BMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installation, telecoms or industrial automation.
• Experience installing cable trays and laying cables.
• Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, and cable plans.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English.
• SEP E certification up to 1 kV.
• Willing to travel within Poland and abroad (~70% of time).

Responsibilities

• Install and construct Data Center electrical infrastructure per technical docs.
• Create cable routes (trays, ladders, mesh trays) and routing under ceilings and raised floors.
• Lay, label, and connect electrical and telecom cables.
• Install switchboards, electrical cabinets, PDU/PDB, panels, and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical connections, grounding and bonding.
• Support UPS systems, BMS, busbars, and related DC infrastructure.
• Participate in tests and prepare work for acceptance.
• Quality control, cable labeling, report non-conformities, and troubleshoot.
