Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring Electricians / Electrical Installation Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. You will participate in building the electrical infrastructure, including cable routes, switchboards, PDU/PDB, grounding, and testing preparation.

International travel for about 70% of the time is required. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in electrical/telecom installations, reading technical docs, and fluent Polish with good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, telecom, or industrial installation.
• Experience in assembling cable routes and cabling.
• Ability to read technical documentation, schematics and cable plans.
• Knowledge of grounding and equipotential bonding.
• Polish fluency and English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of time in Poland and abroad.
• Health and safety knowledge and construction site standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Data Center electrical infrastructure per technical documentation.
• Create cable routes across trays, ladders, and raised floors.
• Lay, label and connect electrical and telecom cables.
• Install switchboards, cabinets, PDU/PDB, panels.
• Perform grounding and equipotential bonding.
• Support UPS systems, BMS, busbars, and related Data Center infra.
• Participate in installation tests and preparation for acceptance.
• Quality control including labeling and reporting non-conformities.
