Job summary

Elitmind is a consulting company. We connect business, data and technology to deliver real value for clients. You will work closely with business users and technical teams, translating needs into actionable requirements and data models, with a focus on Power BI and data solutions.

This role offers 100% remote or hybrid work in Poland, with desks available in Warsaw or Krakow. You will contribute to diverse projects across industries, shaping requirements, building backlogs and guiding delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business and system analysis, especially in Data/AI projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience designing data or technology solutions.
• Strong data analysis and data modeling skills.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Analyze data sources and design data models to support solutions.
• Create and present solution concepts and Power BI mockups where relevant.
• Build and maintain backlogs, including Epics and User Stories.
• Collaborate with architects and developers throughout design and delivery.

Job description

Location: 100% remote or hybrid - you choose. You are always more than welcome to book a desk in one of our offices located in Warsaw or Krakow

You'll work at the intersection of business, data and technology, helping clients turn business needs into solutions that deliver real value. From understanding the problem and shaping requirements to designing data models and supporting delivery, you'll stay close to both business users and technical teams.

What you will actually work on?

• Work directly with business users to understand their needs, goals and the context behind them.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements that technical teams can work with.
• Analyze data sources and design data models that support the proposed solution.
• Shape solution concepts and present them to clients, including Power BI report mockups where relevant.
• Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain project backlogs, including Epics and User Stories.
• Work closely with architects and developers throughout solution design and implementation.
• Prepare test plans and test scenarios and verify whether delivered solutions meet the agreed requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to different audiences, from business stakeholders to technical teams.
• Support project coordination and work with Product Owners in Agile/SCRUM environments where needed.

What we are looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Business and System Analysis, particularly in Data/AI projects
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience designing and documenting data or technology solutions
• Strong skills in data analysis and data modeling
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Ability to understand and work with architectural models and technical diagrams
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to have: experience supporting project coordination or working closely with Product Owners in Agile/SCRUM environments.
