Job summary

BMW Group in Warszawa is offering a Data Management Intern position. The role provides hands-on experience in reporting, data visualization, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate on BI solutions, design and test reports, and translate business needs into analytical solutions. The program includes mentorship, onboarding, and a hybrid work model in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, data analytics, mathematics or related field.
• Interest in BI, data analytics and reporting; strong analytical thinking.
• Experience with BI tools; basic SQL is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset and good communication; English at least B1.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis activities and prepare reports and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of BI solutions across analytics and reporting processes.
• Collaborate on design, testing and enhancement of reports, data visualizations and analytical tools.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Support data quality analysis and initiatives to improve data consistency, transparency and accessibility.
• Take ownership of tasks while working with experienced team members and feedback.
