Job summary

BMW Group Warsaw is offering an Accessories & Lifestyle Intern position in a dynamic, international team. You will assist in preparing reports and presentations, monitor projects, and support dealer communications and documentation.

The role focuses on digital processes and improving automotive-related workflows. You will gain exposure to the automotive business, work 30–40 hours per week, and participate in an international environment with experienced specialists across markets.

Qualifications

• Student status in fields like business, logistics, IT or management.
• Availability to work approximately 30–40 hours per week (flexible).
• Basic analytical and organizational skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Polish fluent and English at least B2. Basic IT/process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supporting preparation of reports and presentations (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Assisting in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities.
• Supporting communication with dealers and internal stakeholders; updating instructions and docs.
• Supporting market analysis and data collection with KPI tracking.
