Job summary

BMW Group is seeking a Data Management Intern in Warsaw to gain hands-on experience in reporting, data visualization, and analytics for data-driven decisions.

You will support data analysis activities, contribute to BI solutions, and collaborate on designing and testing reports and dashboards within an international team. The internship offers mentorship, flexible hours, and real business project exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in BI, data analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of BI tools and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis activities and create reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI solutions across analytics and reporting processes.
• Collaborate on the design, testing, and enhancement of reports, data visualizations, and analytical tools.
• Assist in translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Support data quality analysis and help improve data consistency and accessibility.
