Chabre is seeking a Lead Solutions / Data Architect in Warszawa to design and implement scalable cloud data architectures on AWS Redshift and Glue. You will develop the Semantic Data Spine for unified analytics and lead advanced data modeling initiatives to optimize reporting.

You will guide engineering teams through complex data integration challenges and translate business requirements into robust, secure AWS data solutions.

Qualifications

• Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
• Extensive background in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data architectures and cloud environments.
• Deep expertise with data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data processing techniques.
• Strong proficiency in advanced data modeling methodologies and database design.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills for global architectural decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international clients and partners.
• Nice to have: AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate.

Develop and maintain the Semantic Data Spine to ensure consistent data structures and unified analytics across the organization.

Lead advanced data modeling initiatives to optimize performance and reporting capabilities.

Act as the primary technical authority, guiding engineering teams through complex data integration and infrastructure challenges.

Translate high-level business requirements into robust, secure, and highly available AWS data solutions.
