Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have obtained, or expected to achieve a 4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised University.
• Will have completed studies before July 2027 and be legally permitted to work in Poland for the full duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that help HSBC use data more effectively across the business.
• Analyse and improve data used in decision-making, regulatory reporting and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with business, product and technology teams to connect data to real business needs and create clear insights.
