Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Kraków invites applications for a two-year Data Analytics programme designed to turn data into insights for smarter decisions and improved experiences. You’ll work on projects across data analysis, governance and reporting, using SQL, Python, Qlik and Spark to uncover trends that inform business choices.

Program includes technical training, hands-on experiences, and funding for industry-recognised certifications.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have a 4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised University.
• Have already graduated, or will have completed studies before July 2027.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally permitted to work in Poland for the full duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that help HSBC use data more effectively across the business.
• Analyse and improve data used in decision-making, regulatory reporting and digital transformation.
• Collaborate across business, product and technology teams to connect data to business needs.
• Utilise SQL, Python, Qlik or Spark to explore trends and generate insights.
