Job summary

HSBC is offering a two-year cyber programme within the Global Chief Information Office. You’ll collaborate with cyber specialists across Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management, Cryptography and Data Security to learn how HSBC protects customers around the clock.

The programme provides live projects, on-the-job learning and access to cyber labs and industry-recognised certifications. You’ll develop skills in cyber risk, security controls and emerging technologies such as AI and quantum

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have obtained, or expected to achieve, a 4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised University (as appears on your official University transcript or degree certificate)
• Have already graduated, or will have completed studies before July 2027
• Be fluent in English
• Legally permitted to work in Poland for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• This is a two-year programme with live projects and on-the-job learning.
• You’ll work with cyber specialists across Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management, Cryptography or Data Security.
• Exposure to emerging technologies like AI and quantum computing and practical, high-impact work in cyber risk and security controls.
• You’ll develop communication, collaboration and networking skills while building credibility in cybersecurity.
