Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer for a client in Poland. The role is a 12-month contract with potential extension, and you will work fully remotely from Poland, using English and Polish to collaborate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include engineering data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric, building robust Power BI models with DAX, and applying SQL and Python/PySpark to integrate data from APIs, files, and databases.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks).
• Strong Power BI proficiency: modeling, DAX, and semantic models.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with Python/PySpark.
• Experience with Generative AI applied to data, including prompt engineering basics and evaluating LLM outputs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Fabric, Power BI, and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure business value.
• Design data models, data pipelines, and dashboards that support decision making.
• Stay current with new data technologies, tools, and AI approaches that improve data products.

Senovo IT is looking for Data Analytics Engineer for one of our clients based in Poland.

• Duration: Initial 12-months contract + potential extension
• Location: fully remote from Poland
• Language : English and Polish

Key Responsibilities:

• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI: modeling, DAX, and semantic models.
• Solid SQL skills, experience with Python/PySpark, and data integration from various sources (APIs, files, databases, SaaS).
• Experience with—or a genuine interest in—Generative AI applied to data (e.g., text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric data agents, or Copilot), including the fundamentals of prompt engineering and evaluating the quality of LLM outputs.
• Ability to engage comfortably with business stakeholders, independently clarify ambiguous requirements, and think in terms of KPIs and business value.
