Job summary

ABB's Data & Analytics Services within the Automation Business is seeking a senior leader to guide cross-functional global teams in developing, implementing, and delivering analytics solutions. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure service reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions.

You will define metrics, manage organizational risk, and build analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision making and business value in a hybrid, international setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services, or business intelligence teams in a global environment.
• Experience managing business stakeholders and translating requirements into data solutions.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations.
• Proven people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
