Trimble Inc. is seeking a meticulous Data Analyst in Sales to own incentive compensation for our global transportation and logistics teams.

You will translate complex data into accurate payouts, support sales motivation, and help shape compensation strategy within Revenue Operations. You will manage monthly/quarterly payouts, resolve inquiries with a customer-centric approach, and oversee the compensation platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Spearhead the execution, calculation, and delivery of monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for multiple international teams.
• Empower the field organization by resolving complex compensation inquiries with a highly supportive and customer-centric approach.
• Manage dynamic incentive changes, including the administration of strategic SPIFF plans approved by leadership.
• Oversee the compensation management platform, ensuring absolute accuracy of data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Partner directly with leadership and internal audit teams to provide up-to-date performance metrics and maintain compliance.

• Familiarity with major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
