Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Monitor alignment of processes across data domains and to Enterprise Data Governance Policy.
• Consult with stakeholders to support defining and integrating processes with governance roadmap and framework.
• Resolve data inconsistencies using explorative, confirmatory, and qualitative analysis of data flows.
• Translate data into insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate findings to senior leaders.
• Analyze and report governance metrics and insights including Data Governance adoption and maturity.
• Provide technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement complex initiatives.
