itD is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights, automate business processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support decision-making.

The candidate will design Power BI dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and build applications via Power Apps while leveraging Python and SQL for data cleaning and analysis. This 12-month role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and clear communication of findings.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI including DAX and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Basic to intermediate Python knowledge for data manipulation with Pandas/NumPy.
• Basic SQL knowledge including joins and data extraction.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Power Query.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in data analysis, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Excel, and Python, with a track record of delivering interactive reporting, automated workflows, and intuitive business applications.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate repetitive business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps to address organizational needs.
• Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel and SQL queries to produce accurate and actionable insights.
• Develop Python scripts using tools such as Pandas and NumPy to automate complex data processing and support advanced analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Basic SQL knowledge, including writing queries, joins, and data extraction.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
