Job summary

Templeton & Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex pharmaceutical data into clear insights across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D. The role combines remote work with 2–3 visits per month to Warsaw, and requires you to be located in Poland.

You will build Power BI dashboards, profile data quality, and automate analytics using SQL and Python, translating business requirements into actionable insights within a regulated environment. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech data experience preferred
• Strong SQL and Power BI proficiency
• Experience with data profiling, visualization and trend analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory data (GxP) reporting advantageous
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex pharmaceutical data into clear insights that support decisions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.

• Profile source data, assess its quality and highlight gaps against business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into accurate, actionable insights.
• Document findings and support reliable reporting in a regulated environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience in data profiling, visualisation and statistical or trend analysis.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, supply chain or R&D data.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python and dbt.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

Experience with clinical trial data, process development, active ingredient data, knowledge graphs or substance properties would be particularly relevant. Familiarity with Collibra and GxP reporting expectations would be an advantage.
