Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex pharmaceutical data into clear insights to support decisions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D.

The role involves building Power BI dashboards, profiling data quality, and automating analytics using SQL and Python. You will communicate findings to stakeholders in a regulated environment and travel 2–3 times per month to Warsaw (Poland-based).

[Remote with 2-3 visits a month in Warsaw, the candidate must be located in Poland]

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex pharmaceutical data into clear insights that support decisions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
• Profile source data, assess its quality and highlight gaps against business requirements.
• Automate recurring analytics and reporting using SQL and Python.
• Translate business requirements into accurate, actionable insights.
• Document findings and support reliable reporting in a regulated environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience in data profiling, visualisation and statistical or trend analysis.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, supply chain or R&D data.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python and dbt.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

Experience with clinical trial data, process development, active ingredient data, knowledge graphs or substance properties would be particularly relevant. Familiarity with Collibra and GxP reporting expectations would be an advantage.
