Qualifications

• 3–5 лет опыта в операциях, стратегии или аналитике
• Опыт работы на маркетплейсах, в мобилити или технолoгиях приветствуется
• Умение самостоятельно строить и анализировать наборы данных, решать сложные задачи и переводить выводы в действия
• Продвинутый уровень Excel или Google Sheets, включая прогнозирование, сценарии и юнит-экономику
• Навыки работы с BI инструментами (Looker, Power BI или аналогичные)
• Способность разрабатывать новые способы работы и работать автономно
• Умение влиять на топ-менеджмент и confidently работать с внешними партнерами
• Английский и польский для ясного общения
• Дополнительно: SQL, владение инструментами AI

Responsibilities

• Вести анализ рынка вендора, спроса, ценообразования и состояния рынка
• Диагностировать проблемы с показателями, превращать выводы в действия и измерять эффект на поездки, доходы и издержки
• Участвовать в финансовых процессах и оптимизировать операционные процессы
• Разрабатывать и внедрять масштабируемые процессы для команды
• Работать с AI инструментами для анализа данных и прототипирования моделей
• Быть Account Manager для ключевых партнеров флотилии Bolt и помогать им достигать целей

Bolt operates a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. Its services include ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing.

Задачи

Own end-to-end marketplace analysis across supply, demand, pricing, and marketplace health; Diagnose performance issues, translate findings into actions, and quantify their impact on rides, revenue, and cost; Understand, own, and improve financial processes; Design and deliver operational interventions across pricing, incentives, driver engagement, and supply-demand balance; Act as Account Manager for key Fleet Partners, helping them resolve issues, scale on Bolt, and align on shared performance goals; Design, document, and improve scalable processes for the wider team; Deliver measurable outcomes and maintain accountability for results; Use AI tools to analyse data, prototype models, and design or document new processes faster.

3-5 Years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytical roles; Experience with marketplaces, mobility, or technology is preferred; Independently build and interrogate datasets, structure complex problems, and translate findings into action; Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills, including forecasting, scenarios, and unit economics; Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar; Design new ways of working and operate independently with minimal supervision; Influence senior stakeholders and manage external partners confidently; English and Polish for clear, concise communication; Nice to have: SQL, fluency with AI tools.
