Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support development of advanced machine learning models within a global financial services environment. You will source, transform, analyze, and prepare large-scale datasets, and contribute to robust ETL processes in a hybrid Kraków-based role.

Work with data scientists, model developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, PySpark.
• Solid understanding of data wrangling, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Experience with large and complex databases.
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Source, transform, and prepare large-scale datasets for modeling and analytics.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including model developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy and accessibility.
