Capco is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst in Kraków to work under a B2B model on AI and automation initiatives within the financial sector. You will analyze large datasets, transform data, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, data pipelines, and strong communication to guide analytics workstreams across teams and clients in banking and payments environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (upper-intermediate or above), SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and data transformation pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Experience coordinating analytical workstreams and sharing expertise with other analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within banking or financial services would be highly desirable.
