The ideal candidate has solid experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong communication complete the profile.

Overview of the Role:

The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to drive strategic business decisions at HCLTech. As part of a dynamic analytics team, this position is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting the company’s mission to deliver excellence and innovation to its clients. This role is part-time (50% FTE), providing flexibility while contributing significantly to the organization’s data-driven objectives.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis within a professional environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Experience in designing and managing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with advanced analytics or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is desirable.
• Prior experience in technology or consulting industries preferred.
