Job summary

LIPTON Teas and Infusions in Katowice seeks a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories by analyzing processes, data, and stakeholder input to enable effective solution design and delivery.

You will connect with stakeholders, document requirements in Azure DevOps, collaborate with the tech team, support delivery, assist the Product Manager with Business Requirements Documentation, perform functional testing, and lead UAT sessions to ensure the solution

Qualifications

2+ years as a business analyst, ideally in data & AI.
Deep understanding of a business domain.
High-level understanding of Data & AI.
Advanced collaboration skills.
Ability to articulate requirements to technical stakeholders.
Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading meetings or workshops.
Natural curiosity to create novel business products.

Responsibilities

Connect with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly in Azure DevOps.
Work with the technical team to translate requirements into a technical solution.
Support the team during delivery to ensure clarity.
Assist the Product Manager in creating Business Requirements Documentation.
Conduct functional testing on a feature to ensure quality.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.
