You will lead a Data & AI squad in an agile setup, define backlog, and bridge business with analytics, delivering measurable improvements and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in data & AI.
• High-level understanding of AI, BI, data engineering or data science.
• Confident stakeholder management — influencing, prioritizing, and saying no when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a vision for Data & AI products.
• Document and prioritize business requirements into an actionable backlog.
• Lead a Data & AI squad and prioritize work using agile (Scrum).
• Use domain knowledge to drive decisions during development.
• Bridge between business and Data & AI in design, testing and implementation.
• Educate stakeholders on what data & analytics can do for them.
• Measure business impact and share success stories of data & analytics products.
• Drive adoption by trainings and close work with end users to ensure usability.
