Job summary

B2Bnetwork in Poland (Gdynia) is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and development teams, designing data-driven solutions and ensuring delivery of high-quality IT products within an international Data & Analytics team.

You will gather and refine requirements, perform data analysis, ensure data quality, and work in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineers, architects, and users, with English at C1 level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Technical Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills (must-have).
• Hands-on data analysis, data quality and data hygiene.
• Familiarity with Hive and Big Data concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and basic ML concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• English at a minimum C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather, analyze and refine business requirements.
• Design and support data-driven solutions with technical teams.
• Perform data analysis and data quality activities.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.
