Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Platform Solution Architect to shape the Digital Assistant Platform and drive secure, scalable AI and voice solutions.

You will design platform features for conversational AI, define security patterns, and develop the target architecture while collaborating with product owners, developers and business teams. The role requires 2+ years as a Solution Architect, deep cloud experience (GCP/Azure), knowledge of LLMs and modern AI tools, plus strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Solution Architect
• Strong experience as a Platform, Lead, or Cloud Architect
• Deep expertise in enterprise cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Experience with conversational AI, digital assistants, LLMs, and modern AI tools (Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry)
• Knowledge of RAG, agentic AI, and orchestration frameworks
• Skilled in architecture diagrams & documentation
• Agile, cross-functional teamwork
• Very good English skills (C1)
• Willing to work from our modern office in Gdańsk at least 2x/week
