Were seeking fluent Danish speakers to join an international airlines customer-service centre in Poland. Make your mark supporting travellers and delivering exceptional experiences.

What youll do

  • Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish.
  • Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services.
  • Assist with booking changes (dates, destinations, personal details).
  • Manage special service requests (wheelchairs, pets, special assistance).
  • Process cancellations, refunds and handle various payment methods.
  • Support customers experiencing travel disruptions or issues.

What you bring

  • Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+).
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, browsers, general software).
  • Positive customer-focus, high energy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • EU work authorization (role based in Poland).
  • Previous customer-service or travel/airline experience is a plus.
