Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international, remote team. This entry-level role is full-time and includes relocation to Greece with full support, offering an opportunity to start a career in customer service within a multicultural, global environment.

You will handle inquiries in Danish via phone, email or chat, provide accurate product information, record interactions in internal systems, and escalate complex issues following company policies and data

Qualifications

About The Role

Our respected client, a leading international organization operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, is currently seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their growing team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer support within an international setting.

The role is remote, however candidates must relocate and reside in Greece, as per operational and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
