Sarens Group seeks an experienced Functional Analyst for D365 Finance & Operations to drive implementation and continuous improvement at the group level across multiple locations. You will bridge Finance and IT to translate financial processes into effective system solutions.

You will support rollouts from AX 2009 and migrate from legacy ERP systems toward D365, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst in D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Finance processes (accounting, controlling or financial reporting) is a strong asset.

Your main goal? Driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations across our organisation. You support the business and stakeholders with a system that truly works. You act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring that financial processes and reporting are correctly translated into D365FO.

In this role, you work on the implementation and continuous improvement of D365 Finance & Operations at group level. You support rollouts and migrations from AX 2009 and other legacy ERP systems towards Microsoft D365. You are part of the ERP team and collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders.

Your job in a nutshell

• Analyse business processes together with local and regional key users
• Guarding the global finance setup (chart of accounts) and help implementing rollouts with the local finance legislation in mind
• Define functional and performance requirements at group level

You take ownership and bring a solution-driven mindset. You enjoy translating complex, sometimes unclear situations into clear business processes and practical system solutions. With your strong analytical skills and communication abilities, you influence stakeholders and guide users confidently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in D365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of Finance Processes (experience in accounting, controlling or financial reporting is a strong asset)
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Experience with ERP legacy system migrations is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally (+/- 30%)
