Sarens is seeking a Functional Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive global ERP implementations and ongoing improvements. You will bridge Finance and IT, ensuring processes and reporting are translated into a scalable D365FO solution.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT, support rollouts across regions, and travel up to 30%. The role offers a permanent contract, continuous learning, and opportunities within a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 5+ years as Functional Analyst in D365 FO.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting.
• Experience in cross-functional and international teams.
• ERP migrations experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes with local/regional users.
• Guard global finance setup and rollout compliance.
• Define group-level functional and performance requirements.
• Create functional designs, interfaces, and test docs.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on solutions.
• Configure and test D365FO; develop end-user docs.
• Manage data migrations to D365FO via DMF.
• Train local users and support end-users.
• Resolve issues during rollouts and daily use.
