RDN CONS is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to engage Czech and Slovak-speaking clients, understand their needs, and recommend digital solutions. You will work in an international team, targeting personal and team sales goals while building lasting relationships.

The role requires Czech/Slovak language skills (B2/C1+), solid English, and a willingness to relocate to Kraków. Hybrid work model, training, and career growth are offered in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Czech or Slovak language skills at B2/C1 level or higher.
• Good command of English.
• Previous sales experience is appreciated but not essential.
• Strong sales aptitude and commercial mindset.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to learn and work with digital tools and platforms.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Czech or Slovak-speaking customers.
