Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Service Performance and Governance Specialist to join our ACT function in Warsaw. The role focuses on monitoring, analysing and reporting service performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, and supporting governance forums with insights.

You will build dashboards, collate data, and collaborate with tech and risk teams to drive data-driven decisions and align performance with business objectives in a multinational banking environment.

Qualifications

• Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, business administration or related field.
• Advanced English – C2.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse service performance metrics (KPI, SLAs, OLAs) across ACT services.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and governance forums.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to present service health and performance trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automation.
• Contribute to governance materials and support meetings with insights.
