Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Compliance Analyst to join our Center of Excellence in Poland. You will manage RFPs, due-diligence requests, and craft clear proposals to support our global sales organization.

Work with Sales, Legal, and Security teams to ensure accurate, compliant responses and high-quality visuals. A college degree is a plus, with strong English writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFP/RFX questions and coordinate responses from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliant responses.
• Create clear proposal visuals and executive summaries for customer submissions.
• Maintain proposal repositories and knowledge base for repeat use.
