Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst in Poland to support our global sales organization. You will manage RFPs, due-diligence requests, and visually compelling proposal content, working with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to deliver accurate, compliant responses.

You will design proposals and executive summaries, create clear charts and visuals, and ensure high-quality documentation with consistent messaging and presentation quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English with precise communication.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals to tight deadlines with quality.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for complex responses.
• Experience with proposal software and Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, legal, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFX responses from kickoff to submission with SME input.
• Ensure client requirements are interpreted accurately and compliant.
• Format proposals to maintain readability and professional visuals.
• Maintain knowledge base and reusable response library for future use.
• Produce customer presentations and secure consistent messaging.
• Support due-diligence questionnaires and cross-team validation.
