Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Compliance Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales organization. You will manage RFPs, due-diligence requests, and visual proposal content to help win business.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to deliver accurate, compliant responses with clear content and polished visuals. This role is open to candidates legally authorized to work in Poland and offers a contract of

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English with strong editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience with proposal creation tools and content formatting.

Responsibilities

Respond to RFP/RFX questions and coordinate responses from kickoff to submission.
Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions.
Maintain proposal quality, formatting, and consistency using internal tools.
Prepare proposal and customer presentation materials with clear visuals.
Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams on questionnaires.
