Job summary

The Customization Group is hiring a Cyber Security Lead to drive senior ownership of security across our global shops, production sites and platforms. You will set strategy, lead incident response, and govern risk for on-site and mixed environments across multiple countries.

You will partner with IT, development, legal and leadership to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, advance our security maturity, and build a culture of secure, scalable operations with AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber security with hands-on incident response or security operations.
• Experience across cloud and on-prem environments and networks.
• Regulatory fluency with GDPR and NIS2; ISO 27001 familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to communicate risk to non-technical leaders and drive improvements.
• Professional English, German a plus; willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security across the group, including online shops, platforms, and production sites.
• Develop and execute the security roadmap with IT, development and management.
• Strengthen detection, incident response, containment and lessons learned.
• Ensure GDPR, NIS2 compliance and support security audits.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to reduce risk and improve controls.
• Promote security awareness and responsible use through policies and training.
• Leverage AI/tools to automate monitoring, reporting and checks.
