Danaher Information Security (DIS) in Kraków is expanding its cybersecurity automation team. The Cybersecurity Automation Manager will lead design, development, release, and maintenance of automation solutions, supervising a team and aligning with enterprise priorities.

You will drive SDLC-aligned deployments, respond to threats in real time, and partner with Security Operations, Incident Response, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or software development with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks, CI/CD, automated validation, and governance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and GDPR.

Aufgaben

• Drive security automation strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the enterprise.
• Lead complex cybersecurity automation initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, and Threat Intelligence teams.
• Oversee a team of developers and ensure daily operational integrity of security measures.
