Job summary

Çalık Enerji is seeking a Customs and Logistics Specialist for the Çalık Enerji / Enea Kozienice 1300 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in Kozienice, Poland. This full-time, project-site role focuses on managing complex logistics workflows and ensuring compliant documentation for international shipments.

You will prepare, verify, and manage documents (B/L, CMR, packing lists, commercial invoices), partner with forwarders and brokers, monitor shipments, resolve delays, and deliver regular

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation or forwarding operations.
• Problem-solving skills, agile and analytical thinking mindset.
• Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manage all critical logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), CMR, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Partner with forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to secure bookings and track shipments.
• Proactively resolve transport delays, documentation discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking logs and prepare regular logistics performance reports for management.

Work Location: Kozienice, Poland

Work Type: Full-Time/Project Site
