Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues via email for German Market.

Responsibilities
  • Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
  • Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues via email for German Market.
  • Recognizing customer needs.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
  • Participation in specialized training.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Computer and Internet literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
