CloudFerro in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a team building Europe’s data cloud. You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for our cloud platform, troubleshoot issues, and create documentation.

The role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving, collaboration on IT projects, and hands-on work with Linux/Windows. We offer hybrid work, attractive benefits, private medical care, Multisport, life insurance, and language courses.

Formación

• Experience working in a technical support team.
• Experience administering Linux, Windows, or macOS systems.
• Knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Working proficiency in German or French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, including handling customer requests received via electronic channels.
• Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues reported by users of our cloud platform.
• Delivering technical support for cloud solutions provided in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Communicating with users and assisting them in resolving reported issues.
• Actively participating in IT projects delivered by CloudFerro, including internal initiatives.
• Testing new technical solutions in environments that mirror customers’ production environments.
• Supporting customer satisfaction assessment activities.
• Providing internal technical support to company employees.
• Creating instructions, procedures, and supporting materials for internal teams.

It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. CloudFerro solutions are used by leading companies and scientific institutions in Europe from various market sectors that process large data sets: European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, German Aerospace Agency (DLR), EGI and many others.

Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:

Customer Support Specialist

What you will do:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, including handling customer requests received via electronic channels.
• Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues reported by users of our cloud platform.
• Delivering technical support for cloud solutions provided in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) model.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Communicating with users and assisting them in resolving reported issues.
• Actively participating in IT projects delivered by CloudFerro, including internal initiatives.
• Testing new technical solutions in environments that mirror customers’ production environments.
• Supporting customer satisfaction assessment activities.
• Providing internal technical support to company employees.
• Creating instructions, procedures, and supporting materials for internal teams.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions.
• A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
• Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain new experience.

Additional assets:

• Experience working in a technical support team.
• Experience administering Linux, Windows, or macOS systems. Knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, or Atlassian Jira administration.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Working proficiency in German or French.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days per week from our Warsaw office.
• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Depending on the team's schedule, shift work may also be required between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
