Job summary

Evoplay is seeking a Customer support/Integrations support professional (English) to manage and support the integrations of our software products into external projects. You will also provide technical support for partners using our APIs and maintain admin panel access for customers and colleagues.

The role requires strong computer proficiency, B2 English and Ukrainian, and experience with Postman and API requests.

• Managing alerts.

The expertise we’re looking for

• Computer and tech proficiency;
• B2English, Ukrainian— both spoken and written.
• Understanding ofclient-server communication
• Experience working with POSTMAN, APIrequests.

Would beaplus

• Experience incustomer support;
• Higher education incomputer science;
• Basic knowledge ofany programming language.
• Experience inKibana orGrafana.

Your position will include

The Shift work (day shifts,night shifts 2/2, 8am— 8pm).
