FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email or chat with genuine, helpful service.

Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English is required. You can relocate to Portugal or already be based here. The role includes a relocation flight, accommodation option, and monthly gross pay.

Work is on-site with optional remote arrangements within Portugal, and bonuses are paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, practical help and resolve day-to-day questions for an international audience.
