About the role

A Customer Support Consultant is responsible for supporting the payroll customers assigned to him/her and is the interface between customers, products and application management. This role is expected to have in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance and complex payroll scenarios.

Which tasks can you expect?
  • You are the contact person for our customers if they have application-related questions about our payroll software – Fidelis.
  • Content-related advice and support for customers on salary-related topics
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries via our ticket system
  • Analysis and preparation of payroll processes for product development
  • Content advice and support for customers on topics relating to the use of the respective billing software
  • Carrying out billing analyses, error research and evaluation of information, as well as the independent development of solution approaches
  • Contact person for customers if they have technical questions about the software
  • Analysis, preparation and description of program errors for product development
  • Use of existing wage types according to customer specifications
