Maersk in Warsaw is hiring for a German-speaking Customer Success Partner to join our new team. This entry-to-mid level role supports Sales with quoting and customer interactions in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

You will coordinate customer requests, communicate with German-speaking clients, and contribute to process improvements while delivering high-quality service. The position offers office-based work in Warsaw and development opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• German language skills at Intermediate level (B1/B2 or equivalent) or above.
• Good English language skills for communication in an international environment.
• 1–2 years in customer care, customer service, sales support or related operational role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with day-to-day quoting and commercial activities.
• Manage and coordinate customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, providing updates on services, pricing, and changes.
